As the sun sets and the sea breeze warms, Distillery Botanica invites you to experience the magic of twilight on the Central Coast this August.

For the first time ever, we’re opening our lush Erina distillery gardens after hours for a special series of Twilight Tastings and Cocktail Classes, running every Saturday from 4pm to 6pm throughout August, starting Saturday 2nd August.

Perfect for pre’s, date night or something a little different with friends, our Twilight Tastings and Cocktail Classes bring a touch of golden hour magic to your Saturday evenings. Soak up the sunset, sip something special, and start your night in style.

Bookings essential - limited spots each week

Twilight Tastings
Relax into the evening with a guided tasting of our full award-winning spirits range, including Moore’s Dry Gin, Mr Black Coffee Liqueur and more. Sip your way through our craft gins and liqueurs as you enjoy canapés and golden hour views in our tranquil gin garden. Tastings run for approximately 30 minutes, the perfect pre-dinner experience.

Cocktail Classes
Kick off your night with a hands on cocktail class, where you’ll learn to shake up two classic cocktails using our award winning spirits – think Espresso Martinis and refreshing G&Ts. Whether you’re heading out after or keeping it low key, it’s a fun and interactive way to warm up for the night ahead.
